Syrian artist Mayada El-Hanawi broke her silence to refute rumors about the use of artificial intelligence technologies in one of her concerts, stressing that the allegations are baseless.

Al-Hanawi explained that the circulating clip dates back to a concert held in Dubai in 2021, and it was digitally manipulated to appear unrealistic, noting that she was suffering from fatigue at the time, but she insisted on singing out of respect for her audience.

She described the rumor mongers as “electronic flies” and that the audience’s interaction was real, stressing that she does not use artificial intelligence on stage, and that her natural voice is still strong and that she can give completely live performances.

Al-Hanawi concluded her speech with a message of reassurance to her fans, stressing her commitment to providing a live and professional performance in all her concerts. (Erm News)
