"Al Rasikhoon Real Estate" Launches four strategic projects in Sharjah
Sharjah, 9th December / WAM / The activities of the real estate exhibition organized by the Emirati company “Al Rasikhoon Real Estate” kicked off today at Al Jawaher Events and Conferences Center in Sharjah for two days to shed light on 4 quality real estate projects, including: Al Qasimia Gate 1, Al Qasimia Gate 2, Al Saja’a Model and Al Saja’a Line.
The exhibition was attended by Khalifa Sultan bin Hareb Al Muhairi, General Manager of Al Raskhoon Real Estate Company, His Excellency Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Working Group in the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a number of representatives of government agencies, officials, pioneers of the real estate sector, and a wide audience of investors and those interested in real estate opportunities in the emirate.
The event reflects Sharjah’s growing position as one of the most important investment destinations in the UAE thanks to its advanced infrastructure, strategic location and the diversity of opportunities available there.
The “Al Qasimia Gate 1” project is considered one of the most important industrial projects of a logistical nature in Sharjah, thanks to its vital location on the Dubai-Hatta Road near the Al Madam area, in addition to the integrated infrastructure and ready operating services it provides. The project includes a number of industrial and commercial plots of land that suit the needs of companies and investors.
The “Al Qasimia Gate 2” project constitutes a natural extension of the first project to reflect a development vision that combines practical planning and diverse uses. The project includes a mixture of lands allocated for industrial, commercial and residential uses for workers within a ready operational environment and an integrated service structure, in addition to an organized road network that facilitates movement and serves various activities.
The “Al Sajaa Industrial Line” project is located in the heart of the Emirates Industrial City, near the Emirates Transit Road and Al Dhaid Road, and offers multi-use industrial plots of land while providing basic services ready to start business immediately, which enhances its attractiveness as a destination for medium-sized industries and supporting commercial activities.
The “Saja’a Model” project comes within the company’s vision to provide advanced development solutions in industrial areas, which reflects its orientation towards offering quality projects that are in line with market needs and support economic activity in the emirate.
