"Declaration of war".. Hungary warns against theft of Russian assets

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban warned that stealing frozen Russian assets would be tantamount to a declaration of war between the European Union and Russia.

Orban added that “manipulating and seizing Russian assets would be tantamount to a declaration of war and would not go unanswered.”
