INJAZ Bahrain wins the BSCM HR Social Impact Award 2025

INJAZ Bahrain won the BSCM Human Resources Award for Social Impact for the year 2025, in recognition of its distinguished contributions to empowering Bahraini youth and developing human capital in the Kingdom. The award was received by Her Highness Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of INJAZ Bahrain.

The award celebrates comprehensive human resources practices that empower volunteers, promote diversity, and build sustainable capabilities in non-profit work environments, highlighting INJAZ Bahrain’s commitment to creating an effective social impact and advancing human capital development.

Her Highness Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of INJAZ Bahrain, said: “We are honored to receive the BSCM Human Resources Award for Social Impact for the year 2025. This honor reflects our ongoing commitment to empowering Bahraini youth, enhancing youth capabilities, and contributing to the development of human capital throughout the Kingdom.”

During a visit to the new INJAZ Bahrain headquarters, Mr. Ahmed Al Zayani, President of the Bahrain Society for Human Resource Management (BSCM), praised the organization’s achievements, saying:

“Injaz Bahrain’s winning of the Social Impact Award in Human Resources for the year 2025 constitutes a national achievement that reflects the Foundation’s profound influence in empowering Bahraini youth, and confirms its position as one of the most prominent bodies supporting human capital development in the Kingdom.”

The visit highlighted the innovative programs offered by INJAZ Bahrain to school and university students, which focus on financial culture, entrepreneurship, and preparation for the labor market, providing the next generation with the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in a rapidly developing labor market.
