The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia confirmed that the recent military movements of the Southern Transitional Council in Hadhramaut and Al-Mahra governorates were carried out unilaterally without the approval of the Presidential Command Council or coordination with the coalition leadership, which led to an unjustified escalation that harmed the interests of the Yemeni people, the southern issue, and the coalition’s efforts. The Kingdom stressed its support for peaceful solutions and the necessity of the forces returning to their previous positions, stressing the continuation of its efforts to restore stability and support legitimacy and a comprehensive political solution in Yemen.
