ABU DHABI, 1st January / WAM / The Organizing Committee of the Seventh Regional Endurance Championship for Teams and Individuals in its second edition announced the completion of the arrival of the participating riders and the delegation of the International Equestrian Federation, in preparation for the start of the 120 km race.
She explained that the two-star race will be held the day after tomorrow, Saturday, on the fields of the Boudheib International Endurance Village in Abu Dhabi, which is organized by the village, in cooperation between the seventh regional group in the International Equestrian Federation, and the Emirates Equestrian and Racing Federation, under the supervision of the International Equestrian Federation.
The committee confirmed in a statement that a press conference will be held tomorrow at 11:30 am, followed by a meeting of the heads of the participating teams, veterinary examination procedures, and the opening ceremony in the evening in the village of Boudheib.
She pointed out that the race, with a total prize money of 307 thousand euros, is being held in its second edition after the outstanding success in the first edition last year, and the advanced levels of the riders of the seventh regional group.
The organizing committee revealed integrated equipment in the village of Boudheib to coincide with the tournament’s activities, including veterinary quarries, racing tracks, technical teams, arbitration committees, supervision, and the veterinary team.
