Al-Muammar renews a facility agreement with the Arab National Bank for 1.8 billion riyals

Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) announced the renewal and amendment of a credit facility agreement compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia with the Arab National Bank (Islamic financing agreement).

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The value of the financing is 1.8 billion riyals, while the duration of the financing will be until July 31, 2026.

She added that the guarantees provided in exchange for the financing: promissory notes for the value of the facilities, while it aims to finance contracts for new projects by issuing letters of credit and guarantees.

She noted the final approval and signing of the agreement today.
