The Nigerian army confirmed in a statement that there were no casualties among its members, and that it continued to conduct combing operations throughout the Sambisa Forest, the Mandara Mountains, the Timbuktu Triangle, and other known hideouts of the armed group in the governorate located in northeastern Nigeria.
