المملكة: “Hafr Al-Batin Environment”: Strict control over slaughterhouses during Ramadan… and there is no tolerance for violators
The office of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Hafar Al-Batin Governorate, represented by the Markets and slaughterhouses, an intensive field campaign, to determine the operational readiness of the main slaughterhouse, and to ensure that all Health requirements in preparation for welcoming the holy month of Ramadan.
The tour came in implementation of the directives of the Director General of the Ministry’s branch in the Eastern Region, Engineer Fahd Al-Hamzi, and under the direct supervision of the Director of the Governorate Office, Zabin Al-Shammari, with the aim of ensuring the provision of Safe and healthy food, and verifying the safety of meat trading chains and their compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitoring tours throughout the month
The director of the ministry’s office, Zabin Al-Shammari, confirmed the adoption of a proactive monitoring plan that includes periodic and continuous rounds throughout the holy month, stressing the strict implementation of regulations and not tolerating any violations that may affect the health of the consumer or the quality of the services provided.
Al-Shammari called on citizens and residents to activate their role in community oversight by immediately reporting any health observations or violations, stressing that meat safety and community health represent a top priority in the Ministry’s operational strategy for the Ramadan season.
