The operational and service efforts in the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque are integrated, to provide an integrated services system that keeps pace with the millions of worshipers and pilgrims, and ensures that they perform their worship in an atmosphere of faith dominated by organization, comfort, and tranquility, within the framework of intensive preparations to receive the guests of God during the month of Ramadan.

In addition to infrastructure And for supporting services, the authority indicated that 11,956 toilets were prepared, and 14,558 speakers were installed to ensure sound clarity in various locations, in addition to harnessing 19,230 manpower, including administrative, technical and field cadres working around the clock to serve those visiting the Two Holy Mosques.
It stated that the preparations included preparing 451 prayer halls within the scope of the Two Holy Mosques, and 980 escalators to facilitate entry and exit movement, And 114 elevators, in addition to the operation of 370 air conditioning units to ensure a moderate atmosphere inside the prayer halls, especially at peak times.
The authority indicated that with regard to transportation and support services, 10,000 manual carts and 403 electric carts were provided, in addition to 12 carts designated for performing rituals in the Grand Mosque, which contributes to facilitating the performance of rituals for the elderly and people with disabilities.
