Various options to facilitate services
The Authority has provided flexible options that suit the needs of For Umrah performers, it includes the possibility of choosing to perform “tawaf only” or complete “Umrah completely”, with movement routes determined with high accuracy through the electronic interface of the platform.
The beneficiary can choose the “one-way” route from the hotel to the end of the ritual, or benefit from the full escort service “from the hotel to the hotel” to ensure a safe return to the residence after performing the rituals.
