The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Competitiveness Center and the Saudi Center for Economic Business, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi that the issuance of a decision The Council of Ministers merging the two centers under the name of the Saudi Competitiveness and Business Center enhances the improvement and development of the Kingdom’s competitiveness, raises its ranking in relevant indicators and reports, facilitates the procedures for starting and conducting economic businesses, and provides all relevant services and businesses by following the best international methods and practices.
Al-Qasabi appreciated the continuous support that the business sector in the Kingdom receives from the wise leadership – may God support it -.
6 thousand government services
He added Al-Qasabi that the Saudi Competitiveness and Business Center will continue to provide more than 6,000 government services directed to the business sector in integration with all relevant government agencies with the highest levels of quality and innovation through the unified business platform and 20 branches in 15 cities.
He pointed out that merging the two centers would unify the channels for monitoring the challenges facing the private sector, and implement reforms directed to facilitate starting and doing business, through integration with government agencies, in addition to enhancing the Kingdom’s global competitiveness, and maximizing the benefit from Partnerships with entities and organizations at the local and international levels, especially in aspects related to the transfer of knowledge and the exchange of experiences.
