A cooperation agreement between a number of Ras Al Khaimah clubs to support youth and sports activities in the emirate

Ras Al Khaimah, February 25 / WAM / The Ras Al Khaimah International Marine Sports Club, Al Rams Sports and Cultural Club, and the Boost Sports Club in Ras Al Khaimah signed a joint tripartite cooperation agreement aimed at consolidating sports integration and developing marine and community activities in the emirate.

The agreement was signed at the headquarters of Al Rams Sports and Cultural Club in the presence of His Excellency Arif Ibrahim Al Harnaki, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ras Al Khaimah International Marine Sports Club, His Excellency Salem Sultan bin Thani Al Darmaki, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Rams Sports and Cultural Club, and His Excellency Ahmed Ali Al Dabbani Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Boost Sports Club in Ras Al Khaimah, along with a number of members of the boards of directors and officials of the three clubs.

This partnership comes to establish an organized framework for cooperation in a number of areas, most notably: exchanging experiences in the three clubs, organizing joint events and competitions that combine marine sports and various activities, and optimal use of the clubs’ facilities and establishments to serve athletes and talented people, in addition to strengthening national identity and societal values ​​through integrated youth programs.

The presidents of the three clubs stressed that this cooperation reflects their aspirations to unify efforts to present an advanced sports model worthy of the status of Ras Al Khaimah in particular and the country in general, and opens new horizons for innovation in organizing events that meet the passion of young people in addition to discovering talent and Olympic preparation, and that the main driver of this agreement is to explore and refine young Emirati talents, and provide an integrated training and professional environment for them, with the aim of preparing a generation of distinguished athletes who will be the true nucleus of the UAE national team to compete in the Los Angeles Summer Games. 2028, and consolidating the emirate’s position as an incubator for sports and young talents.

The agreement aims to prospect for talent, launch joint programs to discover creative athletes in the early stages of life, specialized training, integrate maritime and physical expertise to prepare champions capable of international competition, integrate facilities, and harness all facilities and technical expertise of the three clubs in the service of Olympic preparation programs, community partnership, and enhancing awareness of sports culture as a way of life to build a healthy and vibrant society.
