With the support of Sheikha Moza bint Suhail Al Khaili/The UAE supports the health sector in Gaza with a shipment of medicines worth more than 2.7 million dirhams
Gaza, April 5 / WAM / The United Arab Emirates continues its humanitarian efforts to remedy the catastrophic reality that the health sector in the Gaza Strip is experiencing. A shipment of medicines and medical supplies entered the Gaza Strip, with the support of Sheikha Moza bint Suhail Al Khaili, in response to the increasing medical needs under difficult circumstances.
The value of the shipment amounted to more than 2.7 million dirhams, as the convoy arrived in the Gaza Strip, carrying medicines and medical equipment, at a time when hospitals are suffering from a severe shortage of medical supplies.
These efforts come within a series of humanitarian interventions implemented by the UAE through Operation “Gallant Knight 3”, with the aim of supporting the health sector and alleviating the suffering of the population, and embodying a firm humanitarian stance that supports the Palestinian people in light of the deteriorating humanitarian conditions.
