Emirates Cycling Company takes second place in the Paris-Roubaix race

Slovenian Tade Pogačar, rider of the Emirates

The race title went to Belgian Wout van Aert, rider of the Visma-Les A Bike team, who overtook Pogacar in the final speed race, securing victory after a competition full of fluctuations.

The race witnessed a strong participation from the Emirates XRG Team, which imposed a high pace from the early stages, which led to the reduction of the main group 150 kilometers before the finish line.

Pogacar suffered a technical failure in the form of a puncture in the front tire 120 kilometers before the end, which forced him to change the bike, before engaging in a strong chase for 20 kilometers to return to the front of the race, before entering the famous Arenberg Forest section.

With 54 kilometers remaining to the end, Pogačar and Van Aart launched a decisive attack, continuing to advance together until they entered the Rubai track, where Van Aart clinched the title in the final sprint.

The final results resulted in Van Aart taking first place with a time of 5:16:52 hours, followed by Pogacar in second place, while Jasper Stuyven came in third, 13 seconds behind.
