Photos | An unknown substance causes panic in Tokyo… and infects about 20 people

About 20 people were injured today, Monday, after a man sprayed an unknown substance inside a luxury shopping mall in the Ginza district in the center of the Japanese capital Ambulances and fire engines.

Japanese media reported that the injuries appeared to be minor, while the police opened an investigation to uncover the circumstances of the accident and determine the nature of the substance used.
