The Social Security Program clarified the steps for objecting to dependents not being included in the eligibility result.

Social Security defined the objection in several steps as follows:

  • Log in to the platform – My Support Programs – Eligibility and Eligibility
  • Choose (submit an objection to the eligibility result
  • Attach supporting documents, such as:
Family registry
Custody deed (if any)
Any official documents proving the dependency of those not included.

Applications go through a number of stages, starting with entering basic data, adding all family members residing in the same residence, and linking them to the approved national address. Applications are then subject to the stage of studying eligibility and verifying data electronically, provided that the eligibility results are announced on the 27th of each calendar month, while the pension is disbursed to those eligible on the first day of each calendar month regularly
