Abdullah bin Zayed witnesses the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ celebration of the 53rd Union Day
Abu Dhabi, December 6, 2017 – His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, witnessed, yesterday evening, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ celebration of the 53rd Union Day, which was held at the Ministry’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
The celebration was attended by His Excellency Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, Advisor to the President of the State for Cultural Affairs, Her Excellency Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation Affairs, His Excellency Sheikh Shakhbut bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Mohammed Al Sayegh, Minister of State, and His Excellency Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar. , Minister of State, His Excellency Khaled Abdullah Belhoul, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Assistants to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Assistant Undersecretaries and Department Directors, in addition to a number of Ambassadors, heads of representative missions to the country, and employees and employees of the Ministry.
The celebration included a group of entertainment, cultural and awareness-raising events and activities that added to a national atmosphere full of pride. The Ministry hosted Yas School students who presented a musical play that tells the story of the union of the UAE.
The celebration also included heritage performances, including folkloric dances, to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the UAE.
