The Winston Churchill Polo Championship starts tomorrow in Dubai
Dubai, 9 December / WAM / The annual Winston Churchill Polo Championship competitions, organized by the Emirates Polo Federation, will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, and its competitions will be held on the fields of the Al Habtoor Polo and Equestrian Club and Resort, during the period from 10 to 14 December, with the participation of 4 teams and a 10-joule handicap. .
Two matches will be held on the first day of the tournament. The first brings together the “Al Habtoor” team, led by Mohammed Al Habtoor, and the “AM” team, led by Sheikha Alia Al Maktoum, while the second brings together the “Al Pasha” team, led by Hani Jabesh, and the “Dubai Wolves.” Led by Tariq and Habtoor Al Habtoor.
Mohammed Khalaf Al Habtoor, President of the Emirates Polo Federation, confirmed that the tournament is an important annual event on the federation’s agenda, and represents a strong preparation for the Dubai Silver Cup, which is considered one of the most prominent tournaments of the season with the participation of an elite group of professionals and the 20-goal handicap.
