The forum, which was held at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, aims to transfer knowledge and enhance awareness of the importance of strategic transformations, and their role in enabling institutions to anticipate the future, contribute to shaping it, adapt to its changes, and enhance flexibility to achieve sustainable success in a way that pleases society and contributes to achieving comprehensive development.
Sheikh Saqr bin Saud Al Qasimi stressed that wise management based on foresight and strategic planning ensures facing challenges and achieving achievements in the spirit of innovation and sustainability, explaining that this approach embodies the vision of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, which aims to enhance the position of The emirate at all levels.
His Excellency Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, gave a keynote speech at the forum on “Strategic Leadership”, during which he reviewed the phase of change he led, the main focus of which was service and respect for humanity, expressing the importance of sincerity and loyalty to the homeland and wise leadership. His Excellency Atraf Mohammed Shehab, CEO of the Government Development and Future Office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, also spoke in his speech about the “Emirates Mission for the Future,” presenting the “Emirates Mission” model, which is a platform that works on designing future readiness projects, where he presented some of the projects that were designed. Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Yousef Abdullah Al Tunaiji, Head of the City Comprehensive Police Station and Head of the Operational Team for Development of the Systems and Programs System for the Safe City System at the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command, presented a working paper entitled “Safe City,” in which he shed light on the stages of the Safe City Project, the basics of its establishment, and the efforts efforts and innovative solutions to implement it and ensure the sustainability of security and safety in the emirate.
