" Sharjah Sports" He organizes a training camp in Spain for three talented riders
Sharjah, December 19 / WAM / The Sharjah Sports Council, in cooperation with the Emirates Cycling Federation, as part of the Talented Care Programme, is organizing a training camp in the Spanish city of Girona for three talented riders: Abdullah Ibrahim from Al Hamriya Club, Sultan Saud from Khor Fakkan Club, and Saif Mohammed from Sharjah Club.
In its first week, the camp included 20 training hours, with the rate rising to 23 hours in the second week. It aims, from a technical standpoint, to raise the general readiness of the players, improve endurance, and develop technical performance, in addition to preparing them physically and technically to participate in the Asian Championship scheduled for February 2026, and building a strong base for the sports season.
Muhammad Obaid Al-Hussan, Secretary General of the Sharjah Sports Council, confirmed that the external camp comes within the framework of the keenness to develop the skills and capabilities of the players, pay attention to the distinguished elements in the game, and create the appropriate conditions for them to achieve achievements in various internal and external participations in the name of the Emirate of Sharjah.
