Abu Zahra: Our goal is the comfort of the fans and their full return to the matches

Mustafa Abu Zahra, a member of the Board of Directors of the Football Association, spoke about the features of the development of Egyptian football during the next stage, after Engineer Hani Abu Raida’s list won the Jabaliya elections by acclamation.
Abu Zahra said, on the sidelines of the association’s meeting General Assembly of Jabaliya: “Great challenges await us in managing Egyptian football, in light of many ongoing problems across different councils, but we are ready for this challenge.” It is difficult.”
He added: “The working group, led by engineer Hani Abu Rida, has a desire, through its closeness to the General Assembly and its ongoing dialogues with them, to rearrange matters within the Football Association.” And in the affiliated regions, the primary goal should always be the interest of Egyptian football.”
He continued: “The experience of engineer Hani Abu Rida, and his value in football management.” Internationally, it guarantees for us, the teams, the clubs, and all those concerned with football, that there will be real development in the next stage.”
He added: “I am honored to be on the current working list within the Football Association, which It includes diverse experiences and a group of young people, and we will work for the benefit of Egyptian football.”
He continued: “We must exploit the next four years to strengthen the status of football.” “Egypt, as we are the first Arab and African team to obtain FIFA membership and appear in international forums officially in more than 100 years, and we will work hard to bring the fans back at full capacity during the next stage, and this matter receives great attention from all members of the Council, led by Engineer Hani Abu Rida.” ;.
He continued: “The fans are the soul of football, so we will do our best to bring the fans back to capacity.” “In full, in coordination with all parties, including the Ministry, sponsors, my ticket company, the media and various agencies.”
He continued: “ We will seek to provide a comfortable atmosphere for the experience of entering the stadium, to eliminate the phenomenon of fans’ reluctance to attend matches, in addition to supporting the national teams.”
He explained: “We have begun work on many files.” According to the vision of the working group, whether administrative restructuring within the federation or formulating our relationship with FIFA and CAF in the presence of a stature like engineer Hani Abu Rida.
He stressed: “We are working to develop the arbitration file, in addition to developing local and junior competitions, and discovering and developing talent according to a clear vision.”
He continued: “The rights of the Football Association and its financial situation are among the fundamentals of our work.” And our vision, because football has become a real industry and in the language of numbers, we need to provide resources, and this will be achieved through regular competitions and support for national teams.”
He explained: “We will give space More focus on increasing the practice base because we have talents who are truly qualified to play professionally at the highest levels, because professionalizing players through raising them in the national teams from a young age will make a difference in the future of Egyptian football.”
He concluded his speech: “Justice between all clubs, assistance and activating the role of independent committees is the basis for the success of any federation, and this is a principle from which we will not deviate.”
