Issuing licenses for a school complex in Al-Ahsa

Al Khaleej Training and Education Company announced the completion of the issuance of all licenses for a school complex – in the city of Mubarraz, Hofuf, Governorate, starting from the academic year 2024-2025.
According to the company’s statement on the Saudi Tadawul, the educational complex provides its services according to the national and international curriculum for the kindergarten, primary, middle and secondary levels for boys and girls and special education.
The Rowad Al Khaleej Schools Complex – in Mubarraz City, Hofuf is wholly owned by “Abdulaziz bin Rashid Abdul Rahman Al Rashed” (a related party) and is operated by the Gulf Training and Education Company.
This operation and opening of these schools comes within the company’s plan to expand in the education sector, as the complex’s capacity is about 2,000 male and female students, and approximately 750 male and female students were registered in the first operational year of the educational complex.
The financial impact of the opening of the complex will appear starting from the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024.
