The Canadian dollar declines and government bond yields rise

The Canadian dollar fell against the US dollar on Wednesday, and the yield on record government debt rose.
The Canadian dollar fell at 1.4311 Canadian dollars against the US dollar, or 69.88 US cents, after trading in a range of 1.4306 to 1.4331.
10-year Canadian government bond yields also rose 3.3 basis points to… 3.175%.
The yield on comparable benchmark US government debt rose to 4.4126%.
Futures contracts rose US crude for January rose by 66 cents to $70.74 a barrel today, Wednesday.
