Dubai Police reviews its services at the Arab Travel Exhibition
Dubai, April 28 / WAM / The Dubai Police General Command represented by the Tourism Police Department in the General Administration of Investigations and Criminal Investigation, launched its platform at the Arab Travel Market Exhibition 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
His Excellency Major General Ali Atiq bin Lahej, Assistant Commander -in -Chief for Ports Affairs, stressed, during his visit to the platform, that the Dubai Police is keen to participate in the major international exhibitions, praising smart services and innovative initiatives that enhance Dubai’s position as a safe and leading tourist destination.
Brigadier Hareb Al Shamsi, Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigations and Investigations at the Agency, explained that the participation of Dubai Police comes to support the tourism and travel sector, which is one of the most prominent vital economic sectors at the global level, pointing to the importance of presenting security services for tourists to enhance their tourism experience in Dubai.
For his part, Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al -Jallaf, Director of the Tourism Police Department, stated that the platform is reviewing seven major services aimed at achieving the goal of the “safe city”, with a focus on innovation and the foresight of the future in developing tourism and security services.
Dubai Police reviewed the efforts of the brave Hatta team, which specializes in emergency response to mountainous environments, and the Smart Quartet (Can -Am) equipped with cameras and readers of advanced plates and equipment, in addition to the system of missing biases and smart people that links governmental and private agencies in Dubai to facilitate the delivery of duties to their owners quickly and efficiently
