Border Guard ground patrols in the Al-Da’ar sector in the Jazan region thwarted the smuggling of (80) kilograms of the narcotic qat plant, and the initial regulatory procedures were completed, and the seized items were handed over to the competent authority.
The border guards’ ground patrols in the Al-Da’ar sector in the Jazan region arrested (11) violators of the border security system, of both Yemeni and Ethiopian nationalities, for smuggling (198) kilograms of the Qat plant. The initial regulatory procedures were completed against them, and they and the seized items were handed over to the competent authority.

The patrols of the General Administration of the Mujahideen in the Jazan region also thwarted the smuggling of (140) kilograms of the narcotic qat plant, and the initial regulatory procedures were completed, and the seized items were handed over to the competent authority.
