Continue General Ports Authority (Ports) support ships in the Arabian Gulf, by launching an initiative through which its capabilities are harnessed in the ports of the Eastern Region to provide integrated services that meet the needs of ships directly and quickly.
Available services include supplying ships with foodstuffs, medicines, marine crew change services, and services for supplying ships with fuel and water, in addition to any other operational requirements that ensure the continuation of cruises efficiently.
Within the framework of facilitating access to these services, it will provide "Ports" An updated list of agents financing ships and fuel service providers, enabling ship owners and operators to communicate directly with them and coordinate their needs immediately.
The Knowledge Center and Beneficiary Service continues to provide support around the clock, by receiving inquiries and directing requests, which enhances the speed of response and quality of service.
Supporting maritime traffic in the region
This initiative comes within the efforts "Ports" Continuing support for maritime movement in the region, enhancing the reliability of supply chains, and confirming the readiness of Saudi ports to provide support in various circumstances.
