A citizen recorded a heroic humanitarian stance in the village of Al-Rafa’i, southeast of the Hail, after he contributed to saving a child after he fell into a muddy swamp on the first day of Blessed Eid al-Fitr.
A circulating video clip showed moments of anxiety and anticipation among the audience, after the child Fahd was exposed to a dangerous situation, before citizen Mamdouh Al-Harbi quickly intervened and began rescuing him in a timely manner, which prevented an unfortunate accident from occurring.
The circulating footage showed the child falling, amid the neglect of his family, as the citizen alerted him and rushed to save him.
