Prince of Poets program: A Moroccan and a Lebanese woman qualify in the fourth episode

Abu Dhabi, December 27 / WAM / The competitions of the fourth live episode of the Prince of Poets program in its eleventh season, produced by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, resulted in the qualification of the poet Othman Al-Hisho Qarabshi from the Kingdom of Morocco and the poet Ola Khadaro from Lebanon to the next stage of the program.

Yesterday, the episode witnessed competitions between four poets: Ahmed Nanawi from Egypt, Othman Al-Hisho Qarabshi from Morocco, Ola Khadaro from Lebanon, and Imad Ahmed Abu Ahmed from Germany, who recited their poems before the judging committee consisting of Dr. Ali bin Tamim, Dr. Wahab Roumieh, and Dr. Muhammad. Hajo.

The session was attended by Dr. Sultan Al Amimi, Acting Executive Director of the Poetry and Heritage Sector at the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, Obaid Khalfan Al Mazrouei, Acting Executive Director of the Festivals and Events Sector, and members of the program’s advisory committee, Dr. Muhammad Abu Al-Fadl Badran, Dr. Imad Khalaf, the poet Raad Bandar, and a group of poets, media figures, writers, and intellectuals. And poetry lovers.

The jury announced its decision to qualify the poet Othman Al-Hisho Qarabshi, who received 46 degrees out of 50, and the poet Ola Khadaro, who received 45 degrees out of 50, while Imad Ahmed Abu Ahmed received 44 degrees, and Ahmed Nanawi 37 degrees. They will wait for the result of the public vote, which will be announced in the next episode. Who qualifies for the next stage.

The result of the public vote last week also resulted in the chosen poet Abdullah Salahi from Mauritania qualifying with 82 points out of 100, to move to the second stage with the poets Hussein Ali Al Ammar from Saudi Arabia and Najwa Obaidat from Algeria, who moved directly to the next stage by decision of the jury.
