“Arabia Abu Dhabi” operates its first flight to Yekaterinburg, Russia

Yesterday, Al Arabiya Abu Dhabi announced that it will operate its first flights to Yekaterinburg, Russia. These direct flights connect Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi with Koltsovo International Airport in Yekaterinburg at a rate of two flights per week, providing travelers with comfortable and affordable travel options.

Air Arabia Group CEO, Adel Al Ali, said: “We are pleased to add Yekaterinburg to our growing network of destinations directly from the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi. This step reflects our constant commitment to developing the company’s network of direct destinations, starting from the capital towards new international destinations, in addition to providing economical and valuable travel options to travelers. Yekaterinburg is a city rich in cultural heritage, and we look forward to contributing to enhancing tourism and trade movement between the two countries.”

Yekaterinburg is the 29th destination for Arabiya Abu Dhabi after Ahmedabad, Alexandria, Almaty, Amman, Baghdad, Bahrain, Baku, Beirut, Cairo, Chittagong, Chennai, Colombo, Dhaka, Faisalabad, Kathmandu, Kochi, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Kuwait, Moscow, Multan, Muscat, Salalah, Sabiha, Sohag, Tashkent, Tbilisi, Trivandrum and Trabzon.

The Air Arabia group operates a fleet of Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft, which are the newest and best-selling single-aisle aircraft in the world. The aircraft cabin provides additional comfort with the largest space between seats, compared to any other economy cabin.
