“BAY360”… a new destination in “Jumeirah Lakes Towers”

Dubai Multi Commodities Center, in partnership with Sweden & Sweden Real Estate Development Company, announced the launch of the “BAY360” project, a mixed-use destination in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers area.
The center stated that the new project was designed to become a vital center for the local community, providing an integrated mix of daily services, basic retail stores, restaurants, health and entertainment facilities.
Sweden & Sweden will implement the “BAY360” project in an architectural style that takes into account the specificity of the site in part of the lake (D), while being careful to preserve the largest part of the lake as an aesthetic landmark that distinguishes the area.
The project includes a main branch of the Spinneys store extending over an area of 22,000 square feet, retail stores, health and entertainment facilities, in addition to parking for about 300 vehicles, as well as restaurants with water views.
The first CEO and Executive Director of the Dubai Multi Commodities Center, Ahmed bin Sulayem, said: “We are pleased to unveil the (BAY360) project, which embodies our continued focus on enhancing quality and interconnectedness and preserving the distinctive character of the Jumeirah Lakes Towers area in the long term,” noting that the project contributes to improving the community’s daily life experience, thanks to the mix it provides that combines basic retail services, restaurants, health and entertainment facilities, in addition to improved public spaces.
He added: “BAY360 supports our broader program in the region and our ambition to consolidate the position of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, one of the most attractive and vibrant neighborhoods in Dubai.”
For his part, Managing Partner of Sweden & Sweden, Maher Sweden, said: “BAY360 represents our third project in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, after the completion of Banyan Tree Residences, in addition to the Sweden One project under development, as the DMCC has a clear ambition to modernize common spaces.”
He added: “We will employ our experience in developing first-class commercial projects to transform this destination into a vital community asset, and we look forward to completing the project by the end of 2027.”
