The Federal National Council will hold its fifth session next Wednesday

The Federal National Council, headed by the Speaker of the Council, Saqr Ghobash, will hold its fifth session of the second regular session of the eighteenth legislative term, next Wednesday, in Zayed Hall at the Council’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi, during which it will discuss the issue of the government’s strategy regarding research and development, and ask four questions to Government representatives.
According to the session’s agenda, council members will ask three questions to Engineer Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, where Naima Abdullah Al Sharhan will ask a question about increasing the carrying capacity of dams, and Walid Ali Al Mansouri will ask two questions about the difference in the loan value for those receiving housing support outside residential complexes. And about the job conditions of national employees at the Union Water and Electricity Union. The fourth question will be directed to Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al Owais, Minister of Health and Community Protection, Minister of State for Council Affairs. Federal National Council, from Mudhahi Salem Al-Menhali, about establishing a unified platform in the country to link government and private medical centers.
The Council will review a letter received from Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Owais, regarding the Council of Ministers’ decision regarding the recommendations of the Federal National Council on the topic of “Government Policy on Water Security.” It will also approve the recommendations contained in the report of the Education, Culture, Youth, Sports and Media Affairs Committee, on the topic of the government’s policy on education. Technical and vocational training, which the Council discussed at its fourth session.
