المملكة: The Crown Prince receives the Greek Prime Minister in the winter camp in Al-Ula

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received in the winter camp in AlUla today, His Excellency Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic “Greece”. Upon his arrival, His Excellency the Prime Minister shook hands with his recipients, including Their Royal Highnesses the princes and their Excellencies the ministers, while His Highness the Crown Prince shook hands with Their Excellencies members of the official Greek delegation, amid a welcome from the popular bands that presented artistic performances from the popular heritage that is held at Saudi events. At the beginning of the reception, His Highness the Crown Prince welcomed the Prime Minister on his visit to the Kingdom, while His Highness expressed his happiness at visiting the Kingdom and meeting with His Highness the Crown Prince. During their session in the “House of Poetry,” he briefed the Prime Minister on the authentic Saudi heritage and culture. During the reception, aspects of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries were reviewed, ways of developing cooperation in various fields were discussed, and views were exchanged on developments of interest to the two countries on the regional and international arenas and the efforts made towards them. The reception was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Medina Region, His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Riyadh Region, His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the National Guard, and His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs. His Excellency the Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, National Security Advisor, Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban, His Excellency the Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, the accompanying minister, and His Excellency The Minister of Tourism, Mr. Ahmed bin Aqeel Al-Khatib, His Excellency the Minister of Investment, Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, His Excellency the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Sawaha, His Excellency the Governor of the Public Investment Fund, Mr. Yasser bin Othman Al-Rumayyan, and the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Hellenic Republic of Greece, Dr. Saad Al-Ammar. On the Greek side, His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Georgios Gerapetritis, His Excellency the Minister of National Defense, Mr. Nicholas Georgis Dendias, His Excellency the Minister of Environment and Energy, Mr. Theodoros Skylakis, His Excellency the Minister of Development, Mr. Panagiotis Theodorikakos, His Excellency the Minister of Culture, Ms. Stiliani Mendoni, His Excellency the Minister of Tourism, Ms. Olka Kefalogianni, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Alexandra Papadopoulou, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Konstantinos Vrajkogiannis, and His Excellency the Minister of Education Alternate Religious Affairs and Sports, Mr. Ioannis Vroutsis, Director General of the National Intelligence Service, Mr. Themistocles Demiris, Member of Parliament, Mr. Theoharis, Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to the Kingdom, Mr. Alexis Konstantopoulos, Director of the Diplomatic Office of the Prime Minister, Mr. Ioannis Miltiadis Nikolaidis, and National Security Advisor, Mr. Athanasios Natkos. After that, His Highness the Crown Prince and His Excellency the Greek Prime Minister chaired the Saudi-Greek Strategic Partnership Council, where a number of topics on the Council’s agenda were reviewed in the presence of Council members.
