المملكة: Jazan.. A citizen was arrested for transporting 5 violators of the border security system

Security regiment patrols in Al-Ardha Governorate in the Jazan region arrested a citizen for transporting in his vehicle (5) violators of the border security system of Yemeni nationality.
They were stopped and legal measures were taken against them, and the violators were referred to the competent authority, and those who were transferred to the Public Prosecution.

The Ministry of the Interior’s Agency for Security Forces Affairs confirmed that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of the border security system into the Kingdom, their transportation within it, provides them with shelter, or provides them with any assistance or service in any way, exposes himself to penalties of up to 15 years’ imprisonment and a fine. Up to one million riyals, confiscating the means of transportation and housing used for shelter, in addition to defaming him.
She explained that this crime is considered a major crime that requires arrest, and is against honor and trust, urging people to report violators of the residency, work, and border security regulations on the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiya, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom.
