ABU DHABI, 14 JANUARY / WAM / The new members of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi were sworn in before His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate. During the ceremony that took place at Al Bahr Palace in Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan congratulated the new members of the Council, wishing them success in their duties, directing them to work in a single team spirit in order to improve the performance and systems of government departments and develop them to the highest levels of competitiveness. To consolidate the comprehensive development process in the emirate, and to meet the aspirations of community members in creating an exemplary environment for life, residence, and investment in Abu Dhabi, in line with the ambitions of the future.
His Highness stressed the importance of continuing to develop the government work system in the emirate and promoting institutional values that are based on excellence, innovation, flexibility and continuous work to advance growth and progress in the emirate to achieve the aspirations of citizens and residents and improve government performance to reach our national goals and achieve sustainable development and societal well-being.
