المملكة: December 2025.. The Kingdom hosts the Hannover Messe Industrial Transformation Exhibition

On the sidelines of the International Mining Conference currently being held in the capital, Riyadh, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources concluded a tripartite agreement with the German company “Deutsche Messe” and the Riyadh Exhibitions Company Limited, to launch the Industrial Transformation Exhibition in the Kingdom during the month of December 2025.
This comes within the Hannover Messe global exhibition network, in a step that embodies the Kingdom’s leading industrial position regionally and globally, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deutsche Messe.

Development of the Saudi industrial sector

The exhibition hosts a group of international companies specialized in industrial transformation and advanced industrial technologies, and highlights the development of the Saudi industrial sector in recent years.
This is based on a road map drawn up by the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and the journey of industrial transformation in the Kingdom through national industrial facilities adopting the latest advanced manufacturing technologies, stimulating industrial innovation, and benefiting from the applications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in manufacturing processes, to improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
In addition to offering services and incentives from the industrial and mining system to enable industrial transformation in the Kingdom.

The exhibition is a leading platform that brings together industry leaders, innovators and decision-makers in the world, to exchange ideas and showcase the latest advanced manufacturing solutions, and it attracts the most prominent major and emerging industrial companies to showcase their pioneering technical innovations in the industrial sector.
It also provides the opportunity to build effective international strategic partnerships that contribute to developing the industry and creating added value in it, and enhances qualitative investments in modern manufacturing technologies.

Advanced manufacturing concepts and solutions

By launching the exhibition, the Ministry aims to enhance local factories’ adoption of advanced manufacturing concepts and solutions and innovation, attract strategic and qualitative investments to the Saudi industrial sector, and enhance the Kingdom’s position as a global center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The Hannover Messe exhibition in Germany represents the largest industrial forum on the global level, as its last edition in 2023 attracted more than 200,000 visitors.
It is also considered an ancient event for industrial transformation, as its first edition was held in 1947. It constitutes the largest global forum for industrial technologies, annually hosting about 7,000 pavilions for exhibitors, in the presence of prominent political, industrial and technical figures in the world.
The exhibition also gains great importance in industrial transformation as it is the starting point for the concept of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
