المملكة: The Kingdom welcomes the Human Rights Council’s adoption of a resolution on the repercussions of the Iranian attacks

You welcomed The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia adopts The United Nations Human Rights Council unanimously passed a resolution on the implications of The unjustified Iranian attacks on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Qatar, the State of the United Arab Emirates and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on human rights.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed – in a statement – the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s welcome to the United Nations Human Rights Council’s adoption of a unanimous resolution on the repercussions of the unprovoked Iranian attacks on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on human rights.
The statement stated: "The Ministry notes that the adoption by the United Nations Human Rights Council, at its sixty-first session, of the resolution by consensus of Council members reflects the international community’s united rejection of the Iranian attacks and its condemnation of these brutal acts as gross violations of human rights.".
A flagrant violation of the sovereignty of states
The Foreign Ministry continued: "The Kingdom renews its condemnation of the Iranian attacks on the Kingdom and the countries of the region, which represent a blatant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of countries, and a clear violation of international conventions and international law, stressing that targeting countries that are not a party to the conflict is a blatant aggression that cannot be justified or accepted.".
