Syria is almost free of cancer drugs after senior officials in the Assad regime sold them for personal gain, according to senior officials in the Syrian health sector.
Medical experts warned that There are about two million cancer patients in this war-torn country, and they are deprived of any treatment option, or forced to pay exorbitant prices to secure their medicines from the black market.
