المملكة: Enhancing the efficiency of 1900 students in the tourism sector in the Red Sea
Through 16 educational programs implemented by the company’s education department to this day, it contributed to creating training and educational opportunities, which gave the area due to the ambitious Saudi cadres, through job opportunities that were presented in more than 20 entities within the “Red Sea International” destinations.
Enabling the future generation
The number of beneficiaries of these programs reached 1,995 male and female students, and the company’s programs extended to include specific and varied areas such as luxury hospitality, airport services, tourism security, health and hospital tourism, in addition to many other specialties that fall under the tourism sector.
The Education Department of the International Red Sea seeks to enable the future generation and provide promising professional paths that keep pace with its vision in building global levels.
In February 2024, the “International Red Sea” announced the establishment of the “National Red Sea Academy” in the field of hospitality and fields supporting the tourism sector on the sidelines of the Human Capacity Initiative conference, which was held in Riyadh.

Rehabilitation of human cadres
The National Red Sea Academy will prepare and implement joint programs to qualify the trainees in several specialties that are in line with the needs of the labor market in the region, in addition to qualifying local human cadres with the skills required to enable the tourism sector in the Kingdom.
Within the framework of its ambitious strategy to build a bright future for national competencies, and to achieve concrete achievements with the participation and empowerment of the youth of the country, 122 young men and women were used at the “International Red Sea” airport, they completed their educational and training programs provided by the “International Red Sea”.
The “Red Sea” destination is currently receiving its guests in 5 resorts, and the “International Red Sea” airport has received regular domestic flights from Jeddah and Riyadh since September 2023, two weekly flights from Dammam since December 2024, in addition to two international flights per week from Dubai since April 2024
