On the other hand, Sherine Abdel -Wahab won two judicial cases against the company “Rotana”, where her lawyer, Yasser Qansoush, issued a statement in which he confirmed that the “Cairo Economic Court (the Fifth Circuit) ruled that it was not permissible to consider the case No. 533 that the company filed against Sherine, claim By implementing the contract concluded between them. ”

Yasser Qansoush indicated that the court ruled that the lawsuit was not permissible because of “it was previously decided that the contract was expired in case No. 601 BC.” The court also ruled to reject lawsuit No. 2127 of 17 BC, in which “Rotana” demanded to stop the broadcast of songs: “Whoever meets my love”, “I wish you forget you” and “we celebrate”, and ruled that it was not accepted, while obliging the company to pay 2 million pounds in compensation for Preventing songs.
