Achieving the financial closure of the Al -Ha’ir station project with 1.5 billion riyals
The Electricity and Water Facilities Company in Jubail and Yanbu (facilities) announced the latest developments related to announcing its joining the Al -Ha’ir Sewage Station Development Alliance in conjunction with the Waterna and Besix SA.
The company said in a statement on the circulation of Saudi Arabia: It achieved the financial closure of the Al -Ha’ir sanitation plant project and the project company receiving the closure certificates from the Saudi Water Partnerships Company and financiers on 02/07/2024 AD.
She noted the signing of the financing agreements after completing all the requirements and conditions with a group of financiers, which consists of: (Saudi Fransi, Apixorp and Bank of Riyadh) to cover the cost of the project at an amount of approximately 1.5 billion riyals, and this cost does not include financing expenses.
