Dubai, February 9 / WAM / tomorrow, Monday, in Dubai, the work of the preliminary day for the World Government Summit 2025, which begins tomorrow, Tuesday, with renewed visions that look forward to the future The government and 140 government and more than 80 international and regional organizations and an international institution, in addition to an elite group of international thought leaders and experts and in the presence of more than 6000 participants.
The World Summit of Governments 2025 is witnessing the largest diversity in the governments of the participating countries, as the participants in this year include the governments of countries from all continents of the world, and this diversity extends to the wide participation of the private sector from the countries of the world in a comprehensive representation of most vital fields and sectors affecting the drawing of future trends .
The activities of the preliminary day for the World Government Summit 2025 begin with the convening of the General Finance Forum for the Arab States and the Arab meeting of young leaders and the young Arab leadership forum, while the activities of the main days of the summit start from 11 to 13 February.
The new session of the summit looks forward to the major transformations witnessed by the world and the most prominent opportunities and challenges arising from these transformations in various sectors and issues. The summit also supports through its university dialogues to formulate common strategies and visions to improve government work and document cooperation between the governments of the world, in order to accelerate development and prosperity in countries and societies .
The summit includes in its new session 6 main axes and 21 forums globally, discussing major global future trends and transformations in more than 200 major dialogue and interactive sessions in which 300 international figures of presidents, ministers, experts, thinkers and future makers speak, in addition to holding more than 30 ministerial meetings and round table attendance More than 400 ministers.
The World Government Summit also launches 30 strategic reports in cooperation with knowledge partners from the centers of thought and academic and research institutions with the aim of studying global trends in various sectors and providing implemented governmental strategies.
The first day of the 12th session of the summit will witness a number of sessions that discuss the most prominent future trends in government work and vital sectors, while on the second day, sessions are held looking for tourism and cultural diplomacy. The third day witnesses a number of keywords for heads of state and governments.
The summit carries civilized humanitarian messages and provides innovative solutions to the challenges faced by governments, foremost of which is the protection of the planet and to find the best ways to face climate change for a better future for humanity.
