المملكة: Canceling the test and referring to the investigation .. “Education” clarifies the penalties for collective fraud
The ministry stressed that it will not tolerate the application of deterrent penalties to those involved, stressing the importance of adhering to Islamic values and good morals during the performance of the tests.
According to the explanatory and executive regulations to evaluate students, any violation of this type will be dealt with completely, as the answer sheet is presented to specialized committees, and in the event that the abuse is proven, the student is referred directly to the legal judiciary, while canceling his tests in the article or materials that included the violation .
The Ministry confirmed that the inappropriate expressions that do not rise to the level of direct abuse will be dealt with firmly, as an official report is edited, and the student’s guardian is called to inform him of the details, while taking a strict pledge not to repeat this, without canceling the test.
The student’s case will also be evaluated by the Student Guidance Committee and the appropriate measures are taken in accordance with the approved rules of behavior.
Firm measures against mass fraud
The report is lifted to the competent education office to conduct an urgent investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident, know those responsible, and take the necessary penalties against the responsible.
In the event that collective fraud is proven, the students ’test is canceled in the subject or subjects concerned, and they are complementary if the violation occurred in the first round, or they are deposited if it is in the second round. As for the secondary stage, they are allowed to re -test during the second round date or within the pregnancy material tests.
Strong penalties against manipulation of the answer papers
The rules stressed that in the event of manipulation or amendment to the student’s answer paper, an official report is edited by the competent administrative committee, and the school principal and the supervisor of the test Directly related to the modification process, the test of the test is canceled immediately.
System control inside the test halls
The Ministry of Education emphasized the taking of firm disciplinary measures towards any attempt to violate the regime within the exam halls, whether by provoking chaos or insulting observers and officials.
She explained that any violation of this type will be officially documented, with the type of violation determined and approved by the school principal, so that the regular penalties are applied according to the regulations of the rules of behavior and discipline.
The Ministry confirmed that students studying the night system or homes who commit serious violations within the testing committees, their tests will be canceled immediately and their order is referred to the competent authorities, while officially informing their work agencies of their behavior during the exam.

The ministry emphasized that these strict measures aim to protect the integrity of the tests and ensure equal opportunities among all students, stressing that it will not tolerate the application of the law against violators. She called on students to focus on studying and academic achievement, and avoiding any behaviors that harm their academic future.
