The suspension of “Tihama” shares for one session

Saudi Arabia’s circulation announced that 3 measures against Tihama Company for Advertising and Public Relations, given its lack of commitment to announcing the annual financial statements ending on 31-12-2024 during the regular period specified in the rules of offering securities and the ongoing obligations issued by the Capital Market Authority Council.
Tadawul said: The procedures came based on the powers of the market stipulated in the inclusion rules and the procedures for suspending the trading of the listed securities.
She added that the procedures include:
1. The suspension of the shares of Tihama Company for Advertising and Public Relations in the market for a single trading session, which corresponds to Wednesday 08/1446 AH corresponding to 12/22/2025 AD.
2. The trading of the company’s shares will resume for 20 trading sessions starting from Thursday 08/1446 AH corresponding to 02/1425 AD after the session in which the trading has been suspended, and the company must publish the financial statements before the end of Thursday 09/1446 AH corresponding to 2025/ 03/13 m.
3. In the event that the company does not announce the financial statements during the period referred to in paragraph (2), the arrow trading will be re -suspended from Sunday 09/16/1446 AH corresponding to 03/16/2025 AD until its announcement of the financial statements.
