“Phenomenon” and the Kenyan government expect a memorandum of understanding to develop a national agricultural project that depends on the latest irrigation technologies

Under the patronage of Dr. William Samawi Roto, President of the Republic of Kenya, and in a step that enhances strategic cooperation between the Kenyan and private government sectors, the Agricultural Phenomenon and the Kenyan government signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at operating and managing an area with a maximum of 200,000 acres through the long -term usufruct system of agricultural lands irrigated in a farm Gallana Colleho under an investment of about 800 million US dollars.

This initiative comes within the framework of Kenya’s commitment to achieving the goals of “Vision 2030” and developing economic growth plans, which focus on enhancing food security and developing the agricultural sector. The project is scheduled to be implemented in several stages during the next decade, after the completion of the necessary technical studies and the completion of national projects for the basic infrastructure. The project aims to produce strategic crops that contribute to enhancing local food security in Kenya.
