Dubai, April 29 / WAM / The activities of the “meetings of the best government practices 2025”, organized by the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, were launched in Dubai, with the participation of leaders and managers of government agencies in the emirate, as well as a group of experts and specialists in government administration, institutional excellence and the foresight of the future from inside and outside the country.

The meetings shed light on major axes in government work, the most prominent of which are innovation, institutional learning, and the design of services, and preparedness for the future and reviews the most successful experiences of the leading government agencies in the “Dubai Governmental Excellence Program” and “Hamdan bin Mohammed Program for Governmental Services”.

On this occasion, His Excellency Abdullah Mohammed Al -Basti, Secretary -General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, said that the participation of experiences and exchange of experiences to activate the best practices is an inherent approach in the Dubai government through which we seek to enhance excellence and development in government work, and to consolidate the approach of one government through joint projects between the bodies that double the qualitative impact Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai “may God bless him”, and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai.

The first day of the event witnessed a series of specialized dialogue sessions, which dealt with a group of vital axes to enhance the readiness of government work for the future.

The sessions included discussing the future of government services in light of the digital transformation and artificial intelligence, the role of innovative work teams in raising the efficiency of institutional performance and ensuring the sustainability of improvement, in addition to reviewing the best knowledge transfer strategies and building institutional competencies, and highlighting the success stories of the winning authorities in government excellence and services prizes, which reflects the commitment of the Dubai government to consolidate the culture of innovation and excellence in various sectors of work Government.

The activities of the meetings of best government practices 2025 include honoring the projects of the executive program for reference comparisons, which aims to develop government competencies by providing advanced training programs and capacity building using the latest methodologies and tools by adopting international best practices.
The sixth session of the program has achieved distinguished results, as nine various government projects, which are the “Pre -Judges” project from Dubai Customs, the project “Directory of Emissions Wells generated by the Land Transport Sector in the Emirate of Dubai” from the Dubai Environment and Climate Change Project, “Establishing the Dubai International mediation Center” from the Department of Legal Affairs of the Dubai Government, a project to receive the airspace, in addition to the project “notice of high consumption of electricity” from the Authority Dubai Electricity and Water, and the project of the “Digital tribe system for the city” from the Dubai Digital Authority, and the “Dubai” project from the Department of Economy and Tourism.
Added to this is the “Alpha – Future Financial Adviser” project from the Finance Department, and the “Building Safety Summing” project from the General Command of Civil Defense in Dubai.
