Emirati chef Arwa .. “Food Diplomacy” is in local flavors

The Emirati chef, Arwa Lootah, stands behind its corner at the World Summit of Governments 2025, the gathering in which cultures from all over the world meet, carrying the task of transferring Emirati flavors to the peoples of the earth.

Arwa participates in her creativity in the art of cooking through a distinct menu, where she attends international dishes famous with local flavors, to assure the world that cooking is a global language that can be shared, and can reflect the culture of society.

Lootah told «Emirates Today»: “I liked the food that I offer is inspired by all countries, but with Emirati flavors.”

Among the foods offered by Chef Arwa, in her list of her food at the top, the French meal “Mail Foe” that she made with the neck and a mousse, and “Benna Kota” with the flavor of the lattate, and other foods with cardinous flavors and berries.

Many of the pioneers of Chef Arwa also enjoy different types of global, salty and sweet dishes, which carry the Emirati nature and flavor.

Lootah started from her kitchen about 10 years ago, but her ambition for global led her to participate in the global government summit.

It focuses on participating in large occasions, to monitor impressions and listen to suggestions with interest, to continue to develop her talent.

Regarding her participation in the World Government Summit, she said that she received an invitation from the organizers of the summit, to participate in this great event, which brings together people from different countries around the world, to reflect her country’s culture coated with authentic Emirati flavors.

She explained that she prepared for the event with the help of the city of Jumeirah, which provided all facilities for her and her team, to show the dishes in its beautiful form.

She added that, through her participation, she embodies this “food diplomacy”, which occupies a wide space in today’s world, as evidence of its importance, and said: “There is no place better than the global government of governments, to embody this concept in practice.”

The World Government Summit, annually, is keen on the participation of Emirati chefs in its activities, including Chef Faisal Al -Haramoudi, who participated in the previous version, which enhances the transfer of the Emirati flavor to the world, and to help the people of the homeland who have skill in any kind of art to achieve their dreams, and share Their creativity with the world.

At the global summit of governments not only tastes food, but also travels around the world, and participates in a journey with diversity and understanding between global cultures.
