A delegation from Sharjah see Bahrain’s experience in serving the Holy Quran and its sciences
Sharjah, February 14/ WAM/ A delegation from the Holy Quran Complex in Sharjah, Radio and the Holy Quran channel of the Sharjah Radio and Television Authority during his visit yesterday briefed a number of institutions interested in the Holy Quran and its sciences in Bahrain on best practices and discussed cooperation and exchange of experiences.
The delegation included Dr. Abdullah Khalaf Al -Hosani, Secretary -General of the Holy Quran Complex and Khalifa Hassan Khalaf, Director of Radio and the Holy Quran Channel, along with a number of officials on both sides.
The visit included the Bahraini Quran House, the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, the Ahmed Al -Fateh Mosque, the Bahrain Grand Prize for the Holy Quran, the unjust to His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Quran, the headquarters of the International Reading Reading Competition, the Institute of Reading, Preparation of the Holy Quran Teachers and Endowment Administration.
Dr. Abdullah Khalaf Al -Hosani said that this visit comes within the framework of the complex’s keenness to communicate to exchange knowledge and experiences with institutions interested in the Holy Qur’an and see the experiences that apply best practices in serving the Book of God and an important step to enhance and activate cooperation in serving the Holy Qur’an and its sciences.
He added, “We are looking forward to the visit of promising opportunities that contribute to achieving our common goals in transferring the Quranic cognitive heritage, expressing his pride in the successes achieved by Bahraini institutions that have devoted their scientific, historical and civilizational status.”
For his part, Khalifa Hassan Khalaf said, “The Sharjah Radio and Television Authority seeks to enhance cooperation between local and Gulf institutions to highlight the pioneering role of those institutions interested in serving the Holy Quran, its sciences and flags and highlighting these major efforts in serving the Book of God, as it aims to confirm the role of the pioneering media in delivering This cognitive and civilizational heritage to the world, with the highlight of Sharjah, the knowledge and cultural role of Sharjah, a translation of the insightful vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, who attaches great importance to the spread of the sciences of the Holy Qur’an and its teachings and continues to support Quranic projects.
