Sheikha Fatima receives the General Governor of the Commonwealth of Australia

Abu Dhabi, April 28 / WAM / Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Emirates”, President of the General Women’s Federation, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, the Supreme President of the Family Development Foundation, today at the Palace of the Sea in Abu Dhabi, His Excellency Sam Mustin, the General Governor of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Her Highness welcomed the visit of the General Governor of the Commonwealth of Australia, expressing her happiness with her visit, which expresses the depth of relations that bring together the UAE and Australia, and her Highness stressed that the visit represents an opportunity to enhance cooperation between the two countries in many fields, especially in the field of childhood, women and community service.
The two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation and exchange experiences and experiences between the institutions concerned in the fields of women and childhood affairs in the two friendly countries, stressing in this context the importance of building partnerships that contribute to achieving sustainable development of society.
