The Arab League denounces Israel’s procrastination in the full withdrawal from southern Lebanon

Ahmed Aboul Gheit, the Secretary -General of the League of Arab States, denounced Israel’s duplicate and procrastinating in implementing the full withdrawal from southern Lebanon, as stipulated in the ceasefire agreement, which was agreed to extend until February 18.
Aboul Gheit stressed – in a statement issued by the Arab League today – the need for the Israeli withdrawal to be complete and on the agreed date, indicating that any procrastination in this regard means intentionally to summon the crisis.
Abu Al -Gheit said that the guarantor parties to agree on them quickly to exert sufficient pressure on the Israeli occupation to adhere to what was pledged.
He affirmed his solidarity completely with Lebanon’s clear and decisive position, refusing Israel to remain at any points after completing the withdrawal process, or postponing this withdrawal again under unacceptable pretexts.
